I am thrilled to share that I have successfully completed the Emerging Leaders Program – LATAM cohort (FY26) at Johnson Controls. These past four months have been filled with challenges, continuous learning, and the opportunity to connect with incredible leaders.

I am especially proud to share that my team, "La Colmena" 🐝, took second place in the program! This achievement wouldn't have been possible without the talent and dedication of my teammates: Mariana Martínez Castillo, Montserrat Reyez, Eva Santos, and Ulises Céspedes.

A special thank you to Maria Romero for her strategic guidance, and to leaders Santiago Echeveste and Francisco Ramirez for championing these development initiatives.

This isn't just the end of a program; it's the beginning of a new chapter where I'll be applying everything I've learned to create a positive impact within our teams and the organization.
